Jennyo.net, magtatagalog na lang ako para di ako asarin. Kase mali raw yung grammar ko(ano ba tagalog ng “grammar”?).
Alam nyo naman po sa wordpress, pag nag comment ka, pwede mo munang i-edit yun bago mo i-publish. Kase po jennyo.net, pag inaatake ka ibig sabihin sikat ka. Di ba? Yung PLDT ba? Pag napuputol ba yung linya mo, syempre tawag ka muna. Di naman basta-basta maayus yan ora mismo pagtawag mo di ba? O kaya naman e puntahan ka sa bahay nyo at sabihin “ay mam di po kayo nakabayad kaya walang koneksyon….” Alam ko jennyo.net, hinde kami PLDT. Pero yung problema di yan agad-agad. Lahat po ng “STABLE Company”(ano nga ulit tagalog ng “stable company”? baka magalit si jennyo.net), nagkakaroon ng problema. Opo, inatake kami ng hacker, kase yung hacker namin galing pa ng Tsina at Korea(di ko alam tagalog ng Korea e). Sosyal di ba? Kaya nga may tinatawag na “server updates” para maiwasan yung mga ganyan. Yung sa back-ups naman po, responsibilidad nyo po yan. Kaya nga po may “Terms of Service” tayo na nilalagay sa ating websites. Kami rin po sa Philhosting ay nasisiyahan sa inyong paglipat. Bakit po? E sa masaya kami kase napakagandang kompanya yung nalipatan nyo…kompanya nga bang tawagin? Paki-check naman po kung may dti sila o kung may record na sa SEC para mas safe kayo…ay hinde pala…para mas panatag kayo. Sabi nyo - “Sadly, a company with potential for a bright and profitable future is frittering it away with their horrible service. IT is a tough world; they have a lot of competitors. If they canâ??t deliver what they charge their clients for, then eventually they will lose their clients. Itâ??s a fact of business. Itâ??s their lookout.” E bakit mas marami pang pumapasok sa kompanya namin? Bakit kaya? Kase yung keyword na nilagay sa google o yahoo e “philhosting sucks”. He he he….may gamit rin pala.

Sabo mo jennyo.net ikaw yung gumagawa ng content, di ka ba nagtatanong sa IT guy mo? Muli po…kami sa philhosting ay nagpapasalamat ng malaki sa inyong comment. This email is continously circulating around our clients, even making direct call to them. Insisting that they need to switch host and transfer to them. This is the report i recieved by my friend, he tried to chat to the hostingphil, collecting every data needed. They said that they are active in filipino forum, while other hosting company is afraid to post or reply to any filipino forum. Why would we? Because we are more concern in troubleshooting on our corporate clients problems, than resolving the problem of the clients blogs.

Yes, that is true. Why? Some bloggers is using a third party application like Joomla, drupal and wordpress. Again, a third party issue…this will go again to our “Terms of Service”.
Hey! You are the “webmaster” of your account!
If you have a problem on your site, you can always find another way to solve it. Because SHARED hosting have a limitation, it has because some clients abuse the permission which allowed and given to them. Much of this clients are bloggers….editing their site script, making their php memory large, enabling them to put/install plugins and widgets.

Let’s get back to the issue…, actually we are not intimadated or irritated or call it what you want. Is just, this issue is a laughing stock of our friends, partners and even our clients. It’s a desperate move, just only to gain more clients. A Campaign for Philhosting.Net to put us down, according to my friend by chatting to their support. “To put philhosting.net down”. Ouch! Hope they succeed…

Here’s the deal. I own a company running over 5 years, then suddenly one of my client blog and spread a false news that my company is bankrupt and soon be closed. If you are the new client, you still want to subscribe to us?
That’s what happen to our company, Philhosting company Ltd. Our company running now almost 9 year, then suddenly 1 of our clients telling everybody that the company will be close. LOL of ours when we heard this. You can not close the company hosting over 3,000 clients! From ads, schools, blogs to business, corporate up to Government to NGO’s. And even the personal site for Pres. GMA(www.PCPO.ph , courtesy of Jerry Carual). The question is why he do it?

philhost says: sir sasaguting po namin yung ticket nyo within 24 hours….

client: eh sobra na ng 24 hours ah! bat di nyo sinasagot!
“it’s already past 24 hours, and still you did’nt answer it!”
philhost: sir marami po kasing naka line up kaya first come first serve po nangyayari…
“sir, we have a clients already line up with their problem, and we do it first come first serve basis…”
client: putang ina naman! ano bang serbisyo meron kayo!
“Bullshit! what kind of service do you have?!”
Ok! Tama yung client di ba? Bullshit! Dun ka nga magpahost sa Amerika, tingnan ko lang kung sagutin ka sa telepono. At yung support tickets dun per DOLLAR! In short, may bayad yung pag submit ng tickets dun, kaya kase dito ka nagpahost sa Pinas kase libre yung support ticket. Libre na nga eh! Para sa’yo! Mumurahin mo pa sa phone yung LIBRENG nagbibigay ng support sayo!
Ok! Client is right. Bullshit! Try to host your site at US, let’s see if they phone support you. And every support tickets you have sent to them have fee. You host here in Philippines, because they can give you a FREE support, and still you argue to the representative giving you FREE support.
client: ganyan ba talaga ka bagal yung servers nyo? ang bagal ng loading! di ko pa ma-open yung cpanel ko!
“Is that your server is very slow? Slow in loading! and i can’t open my cpanel either!”
philhost: sir may ticket na po ba yan? kase para may record tayo ng problema mo..
“have you already submitted a ticket regarding that problem?”
client: yan na naman tayo e! ticket ticket na naman e! kaya nga tumawag na ako e kase ilang buwan nyo na naman di sasagutin yan!
“Ticket again? That’s why i’ve directly call already because i know you will not answer my ticket! when will you answer it? in a week? in a month?”
Tama na naman yung client. Unang una, bakit di nya ma access yung site nya? Sir kailangan natin ng ticket. Kailangan natin yan kase dun mo ilalagay yung mga details na kailangan namin, like yung access sa cpanel, ano yung error, saan yung screenshot. Di naman natin pwede sabihin tru phone yun e, pag na hack yung site nya. Kami pa yung may kasalanan kase tru phone nya binigay yung access ng control panel nya! At kami lang yung binigyan. E kung naka ticket, di ang dali. Binigyan ka na ng permisong pumasok ng cpanel nya, may ebidensya ka pa.
“The client again is right. Again? First of all, why he can’t access his site? We need a ticket so we have a report from client. We need a ticket because all the data need by the hosting provider is stated over a ticket(email). Like what is the error of your site? We need your cpanel access so we can investigate it, or we need the screenshot of the error. You can not provide a details tru phone, because you doesn’t have a record when something happens to the clients account. Like what if someone hack their site, the client will turn to hosting provider claiming that they are the only one who knows the access to his cpanel. If you have a ticket, then you have a record and evidence.”
Many bloggers wrote as if Philhosting Company Ltd. is trash company. Why? Because the simple support issue. Support issue that stated in TOS (Terms of Service).
WARNING to all subscribers to any HOSTING Provider. READ FIRST THE “TERMS OF SERVICE” or “SUPPORT POLICY”, before you complain.
My Philhosting.Net doesn’t end here, this is only the beginning. My Next post will be to some of our recent clients that making negative reviews about us. Why? Because clients is not always right. I’ll prove that…
Yeah, i have the proof here….Me and Pareng Val went to the advance screening of “Twilight” at the PowerPlant Mall(Rockwell) last tuesday, Nov. 25/2008. Although we had already read the books, actually ALL the books of it. Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. Yeah….all of it, but i think i like the most is the book Breaking Down, where Edward and Bella Swan have a son, which is powerful than the Ancient(they are the royal vampires). Nah….you have to read the other book first before this one…..he he he. Also Bella is already a vampire to the last book. There is still much story and happening from the other books. Like in New Moon, Victoria want a revenge from her husbands death(James). And also, Jacob Black is a werewolf. Nah nah….you have to read it….this is only a teaser.
